Location: Beixin Building Materials plant, Kibaha District, Coast Region, Tanzania.
Scale: The project covers a total building area of 14,235.37 square meters within the Tanzania Beixin plant site. It includes eight building units, with a maximum building height of 18.025 meters and a maximum span of 37 meters.
Structure: Portal steel frame structure with independent concrete foundations. The main structure is designed for a 50-year service life, with Class II fire resistance and Grade III roof waterproofing.
Schedule: September 20, 2025 to April 20, 2026.
