Shandong SWS Group's Thailand branch was officially established in Thailand in 2018. After eight years of local operation, it has grown into a highly localized, comprehensive overseas branch with business spanning multiple fields.

The company comprises four subsidiaries, forming an integrated system covering design, general contracting, and manufacturing:

II. Personnel & Equipment Strength

The team is well balanced between Chinese and local staff: more than 60 Chinese managers and technical specialists, more than 80 local Thai administrative, technical, and management employees, and more than 200 in-house front-line construction workers.

It owns a full set of large machinery — excavators, aerial roll-forming machines, plate shears, press brakes, fully automatic truss floor-deck production lines, and more — eliminating the need for external rental and keeping construction and fabrication efficiency under control.

III. Four Core Business Segments

  • Full-process building design: end-to-end design services covering early-stage planning, scheme design, construction-drawing development, and on-site optimization, adapted to Thai building codes and industrial plant construction standards.
  • General construction contracting: full-process general contracting for industrial plants, ancillary office buildings, and supporting structures, coordinating civil works, installation, and ancillary works for integrated delivery.
  • Specialized steel structure contracting: specialized engineering for the development, fabrication, and installation of plant steel frames, mezzanines, canopies, equipment supports, and more.
  • Metal component fabrication & sales: customized fabrication and sale of truss floor decking and all kinds of bent sheet-metal parts — produced and sold in-house, supporting our own projects while also supplying external clients.

IV. Clients & Flagship Projects

We have long served numerous central state-owned enterprises, state-owned enterprises, and leading listed companies. Key clients include China Construction Thailand, BYD, Beixin Building Materials, Sinoma International, and Innolight Technology.

Representative projects include the Beixin Building Materials gypsum board plant, the Innolight staff canteen complex, the Shengquan special-alloy plant, the Shunli syrup plant, the Suntrust industrial park, the ASUB plant, and the Letai Packaging plant.
