Beijing New Building Materials Public Limited Company, known as Beixin Building Materials, is a listed company mainly engaged in non-metallic mineral products. Its Thailand project in Ayutthaya includes an annual 40 million m2 paper-faced gypsum board production line, supported by an annual 3,000-ton light-steel keel line and an annual 4 million m2 decorative gypsum board line.
Project Overview
- Scope: Gypsum board production line, light-steel keel production line, decorative gypsum board production line and supporting works.
- Building units: Six units: calcination workshop, decorative board workshop, combined workshop, gypsum stone warehouse, gypsum board warehouse and sawn-strip workshop.
- Building area: Approx. 46,000 square meters in total.
- SWS scope: Steel-structure subcontracting, indoor flooring, outdoor pavement and ground works, and landscaping.
- Schedule: Started in August 2024 and completed in July 2025.
