Z sections are lightweight and strong, helping reduce building loads and foundation cost. Components can be prefabricated in the factory and assembled quickly on site to shorten the construction schedule.

The overlap design of Z sections provides better water resistance than C sections and is well suited to roof systems. C/Z/U sections and hat sections can be punched as required for utility installation. With corrosion resistance and competitive cost, they are widely used for plant purlins, building-envelope subframes, and supporting metal components.
